When a child dies, we are left with questions with no answers. There’s many a “why” connected to the death of a child, but responses are silent.
If we only knew the answers, then we would understand. Would we? Or would we expect the answers to change things, to lessen the grief of separation, perhaps.
Questions with no answers just may be an answer in itself. Rather than seek to understand with our minds, perhaps it is better to trust with our hearts.
