Eternal Spring

Winter besets the land. It seems as if nature around me died. There is a cold gloom that surrounds me. My heart lies dormant in the grip of this bleakness.

Each morning I arise, looking for hope in  a weary season; for the day when flowers bloomed and robins sang; when my heart was warm and content.

Then, one morning I knew there were better days beyond the dreariness. Life was returning to my heart for that is where I find you now, in our eternal spring.

  1. This is so touching. It so describes my feelings of grief and rebirth. Thank you. Love, Mary
