When Grief Turns to Guilt

No matter how well we live each day in this life, we seem to find something to pick on. This is even more so when someone dies. We grieve…we are vulnerable and all too often, our grief turns to guilt. Our wonderful memories pushed aside by feeling guilty about one thing or another.

Feelings of guilt are the hardest part of grieving. Whether justified or not, guilt serves no purpose. There is nothing you can do about it, except to dismiss it which is not an easy task. You deserve to remember without guilt.

Be good to yourself.
