In the Quiet of the Evening

Death is part of life and when you choose to love someone, you also choose to grieve for them when they are no longer here. Your grieving is an extension of your love for them.

The activities of each day are a good distraction for your grieving heart. You have tasks to accomplish, people to see, a life to live. Activity is good for your heart and mind.

No matter how busy you are, there is a time when you find yourself alone. Activities cease and the tears return as you remember your loved one in the quiet of the evening.
