Often, There Are No Words

As the story goes…An elderly man, had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man crying, a little boy went into the man’s yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When the little boy’s mother asked him what he had said to the man, the little boy said, “Nothing…I just helped him cry.”

“Often, there are no words to say; just being there is all that is necessary.”
