Remembering a loved one is hard to do. For some reason, we tend to start making a list of all the times we failed them or could have done better. Negative has a way of crowding in to rob us of all the good memories we have.
Here’s the thing…we are not perfect and it is easy to find flaws. What we need to do is make a list of all the good intentions and efforts. We need to give ourselves a break. When we grieve, negative thoughts need to discarded…no junk allowed.
