Without change, there would be no butterflies and without movement, water would stagnate. Life is continually changing, sometimes noticed, most times unnoticed. Change is inevitable and comes in many forms. To resist change is like resisting your next breath. Change is necessary for life to continue, as it should. Move to the rhythm of your life.
